Málaga

Málaga es una de las ciudades portuarias más antiguas de España. Fundada por los fenicios, su economía corrió principalmente sobre peces que fueron capturados en el Mediterráneo. Mientras que el mar capta los ojos de los turistas el artista Pablo Picasso, que nació aquí apenas lo pintó. Gran parte de su obra se muestra en el museo que representa su amor por la mujer y el arte. Pero en general tendría que estar de acuerdo con los turistas- la belleza de esta ciudad se encuentra en las aguas turquesas del mar y el sol besó guijarros de la playa. Ni siguiera me di cuenta de que nadar en el mar Mediterráneo estaba en mi lista de cubos hasta que lo crucé en Málaga! 

Malaga is one of the oldest port cities in Spain. Founded by the Fenicians, its economy mainly ran on fish that were caught in the Mediterranean. While the sea captures the eyes of tourists the artist Pablo Picasso, who was born here hardly painted it. Much of his work is displayed in the museum that depicts his love of woman and art. But overall I’d have to agree with the tourists- the beauty of this city is found in the turquoise water of the sea and the sun kissed pebbles of the beach. I didn’t even realize swimming in the Mediterranean Sea was on my bucket list until I crossed it off in Malaga!
